Ethical dilemma surrounding an affair?

A and B are married. C has an affair with A. C ends the affair after realizing that what they are doing is wrong. B knew about the affair before it ended and has interacted wtih C on several occasions. C is now a big shot at some firm. C is hiring and in walks B to interview for the job.

You are C:

a) What do you do?

Ethical dilemma surrounding an affair?
C what a mess you're in?
Reply:Depends. Is B the most qualified candidate for the position? If so, then hire B. If not, then don't hire B.
Reply:If there is an equally qualifed person, hire him/her. C is the one in the wrong and the one in the driver's seat. My question is why B would even want the job (to go along with the cheating spouse...?).
Reply:C should hire B then arrange an on-the-job accident that results in B's death. C should then marry A and enjoy the relationship that was meant to be instead of A wilting away with B (who is obviously some sort of loser since A had an affair with C).
Reply:well if B qualifies for the job, i'd give the job to B. since i did lead A to cheat on B, i, being C, owe it to B.
