Ethical dilemma surrounding an affair?

A and B are married. C has an affair with A. C ends the affair after realizing that what they are doing is wrong. B knew about the affair before it ended and has interacted wtih C on several occasions. C is now a big shot at some firm. C is hiring and in walks B to interview for the job.

You are C:

a) What do you do?

Ethical dilemma surrounding an affair?
Hopefully you get an applicant that has better credentials but B should definetly not get hired!
Reply:Have someone else do the interview.
Reply:Be realistic, If i were B I wouldn't want to work or have any association with C. but maybe B really needs a job so as C I would interview her and at the end of a professional interview I would ask her if she really thought working with you was a good idea and if she could handle it with the situation being as it is and if she says she can I don't see how it would hurt C if B was qualified if she hired B.
Reply:If C is practically the owner of the company then how did B ever get an interview in the first place? Provided that C somehow didn't know that B was the person that he told to come to the interview then I would say that C just has to do the interview and let B know that C will get back to him or her. I wouldn't hire B because there is no way that B and C should ever work together. I am sure that C can find some reason not to hire B.
Reply:I think it's a matter of what would B do? Walk right out or go ahead with the interview? C and B shouldn't be working together, PERIOD!
Reply:IF B IS THE BEST QUALIFIED CANDIDATE AND C THINKS THEY CAN HAVE A WORKING RELATIONSHIP-THEN HIRE B.

C IS THE MISTRESS

B IS THE SPOUSE OF THE PERSON C HAD THE AFFAIR WITH RIGHT?

PS: I AM NOT YELLING-I TYPE BIG SO I CAN SEE BETTER.
Reply:do the interview honestly and face it head on. u can do it.

but think strictly business unless B brings somthing up about it. dont act like u dont know who B is tho
Reply:have the interview, but don't hire b, there will be problems later on that would make c wish she had not hired b. these things just don't go away, b may have some animosity toward c, as she knows about the affair, and could cause c alot of grief, she could ruin c's reputation if there were any problems.
