i am studying degree final year and i have failed s.s.c. in 1999 till now i have not cleared one subject in 10th class. Now i am studying degree final year and working in a good company. i want to study M.B.A. and i want to that am i eligible to write i-cet? i want to continue further studies. i want know Is my qualification worthy? Because wherever i go for interview, everyone is asking my 10th class certificate for clarification.

It is quite amazing to know about that you are continuing your higher studies even not clearing the 10th standard. I am even more suprised, how you get through graduation admission.
Since you have not completed you SSC there is no other way to get the certificate other than restudying all the grades from 10th onwards.
A SSC certificate on the date of your appearing the true 10th standard exam can only give the way out. but that will be wrong anyway.
