I have waiting for my visa 8 month,and it going to be one year very soon,i dont know what happen after 1 oneyear ,because i read in that paper 221(g) everything it will be cansel after 1 years,so what happend with that??





I hope can get answer for my question,for administrative processes .


I do my frist interview in jan for K-3 (2007),and i did do other interview for CR-1 in march,when we call washington it only say to my wife that case pending,so what happen with that,i hope can get answer from you,or help me, i hope can read form you soon.

First of all, From January to July (1st month to 7th month) = 6 months, not 8.





What kind of visa are you petitioning for? Is your wife American, is she from Morocco like you, where is she from?





Are you Muslim? If this is the case, you will have to be very patient with the security check, it might take years. You might be denied, as well. The length of the process differs for different people because everyone's background is different, etc.
