Get me interview based answers & questions?

I am an m.c.a graduate in 2 year work experience in software programming especially .NET

Get me interview based answers %26amp; questions?
Your interview is normally based on the job specs. The best practice is to go through you job specs before the interview and see which area of the job spec you are not good in, prepare for the parts you are not good with. For example, if someone is looking for C#, ASP.NET, SQLServer and XML, and you don't feel comfortable with XML, prepare for XML. You should know all the basics of XML and how it works with .NET.

Secondly, while your interview try to be as precise as you can. Don't say anything you don't know as they can ask you for a further information about it.

Keep your answers as simple as possible and avoid using the terms which you think you can't explain later (if asked).

For the things you are good with (say ASP.NET), try to impress them as much as you can, as you know everything so don't be afraid if they ask anything further.

Make sure your coversation with them is mainly around the required techonologies not the desired. For example, if C# and SQL Server are required and ASP.NET and XML are desired, try to keep yourself withing the C# and SQL Server boundary with references to ASP.NET and XML.

Hope this will help, and all the best
