So I had a job interview yesterday and they said hay we like you and you should get the job we'll call you....

tomorrow morning.

They haven't called.

Should I

a)call them?

b)should I wait for them to call as it is only the afternoon now.

C) have a hissy fit and stay in my pyjamas all day and do nothing but use Y answers?

d)give up and hold my head high and apply for more jobs right now!

e)stop being so paranoid and relax go out of the house and do something recreational?

Reply:Wait to see if they ring or not and stay on here while you're waiting. Give them until the end of the day and if you've not heard, have a hissy fit. Ring them tomorrow morning... Be applying for other jobs at the same time - no harm in covering all bases... Good luck!
Reply:I would go for D and E, bcuz if they wanted to hire you they would have done it on the spot. But I would say go fill out a few more applications and then go do something recreational for yourself, if they decide to give you a call later it won't affect the other applications that you applied for just tell them that you have been hired at another job.
Reply:B %26amp; if they don't call you by the end of the week

call them %26amp; best of luck
Reply:Best advice is - No worries! Keep it calm, keep busy, apply for more positions, you may end up finding further, more interesting and better paying roles.

I work in recruitment, and that line is said at the end of almost all interviews. It gives no indication of a YES or NO.

Did they mention that there would be a further interview stage? They should get in touch today, if not tomorrow. If you havent heard by tomorrow morning give them a call.

If you are not successful then put it down to experience.
Reply:I wouldn't say option D is necessarily "giving up". While searching for other jobs, you always know that your initial option may in fact come through. By looking for more jobs, you're only increasing the possibility of finding a position, and perhaps you'll find an option that's so appealing, you'll be thankful you continued your search instead of holding on to the initial option. Maybe this is meant to be as they say. I say option D.

Best of luck.
Reply:Call them. It shows that you are really interested in getting the job
Reply:go for E and act like it's the most normal thing in the world. so what if you don't get the job? maybe you're too good for them...
Reply:Don't get crazy, relax. And call back tomorrow when you haven't been rang jet.

GO FOR E
Reply:I'm sorry that you have been exposed to the demeaning process of job interviews . Being examined by ones inferiors is disgusting .

After all the rig marole of preperation body language , chosing what to wear thinking about your after shave , not arriving tooo early or too late going before a panel that are trying to out do each other with the smarts , i think you are just as good starting your own business and rising and falling on your own merits at least you learn the lessons that you chose and are at peace to analyse them .

Id say C
Reply:i would say `e'! Take employers with a pinch of salt on this type of thing. After all, there is nothing in writing saying `you have the job'! Employers will tell you anything sometimes. Look and apply for other jobs while you await a phone call from them (if they do call you at all - some of them call you for interview, then don't even call you back afterwards)
Reply:hmm, if they haven't given a call bk time when they will let you know, i suggest calling them, doesn't hurt to sound keen, also you never get anything in life if you don't ask, worst they can say is no.
Reply:d
Reply:d.
Reply:D Give up, hold your head high and apply for more jobs but do not start your sentences with, So and do not use the word hay instead of hey.
