Interview Questions?

Tomorrow I will be sitting in on interviews with potential new employees. My boss asked me to contribute some questions to the interviewing process. I've come up with a few but was looking for some other's thoughts. We are a small a/c business, very customer service oriented. Thanks in advance.

Interview Questions?
Give an example of a time you handled an unsatisfied customer. What did you do?

What is your customer service philosophy?

How do you handle disgruntled customers?

What is your customer service philosophy?

What would you do if a customer called to complain?

is the customer always right?

give an example of a time you had a conflict with someone at work and what you did about it.

why do you want this job?

what qualities do you have that make you good for this job.

have you ever gotten angry at work, and what did you do?

how do you see the supervisor/employee relationship?

describe your customer service experience.
Reply:Ask this: If you could have ANY job/career what would it be?
Reply:ask potetial regarding their contribution for previous campany and more importantly pls do a minor employee verification.
Reply:1) Describe a time when you had to deal with an angry customer- what did you do and how was it resolved?

2) How do you react under pressure?
Reply:Ask them about their hobbies, their interests and family. Lean into the enthusiasm of each answer. It does not really matter the depth of experience if the candidate does not have a willingness to learn and participate. I hope this helps you!
