I have found that it is a common mistake to “over talk” when ______.?

A.interviewed B.being interviewed C.interviewing D.to interview

which one is right ?why?

I have found that it is a common mistake to “over talk” when ______.?
B

A and D are incorrect grammar. It is difficult to tell someone who already has the job that they are talking too much... what will it cost them? But for the interviewee, talking too much can cost the job offer.
Reply:A and B would be grammatically correct.

There are omissions:

A: when you are being interviewed.

B: when you are interviewing somebody.

These omissions are admissible, because English speakers understand the meaning from the context.

Between A and B, the answer A would be better.
Reply:a. b.or c all correct....d not!!
Reply:c. interviewing...
Reply:a, b, and c would work.
