My boss wont look at me.?

So I have been at my job for about 2 yrs now and from day one (even durring the interview) my boss will now look at my when he talks to me. I kinda thought about it durring the interview b/c i hate talking to people who arent looking at me i feel like they arent listening. I am an HR major so i know all the interview ins and outs. He looks at everyone else. whats the deal? And dont say its b/c i am ugly ...b/c i am not. Anyone have any real reasons why this might be or had same experience?

It could be not because you are ugly, but you are attractive. A lot of men are intimidated by beautiful women. He may not want to succumb to your girlish charms. He wants to maintain professionalism and does not want to get caught checking you out. A lot of male bosses have gotten in trouble with sexual harassment, and that could be another issue.

Reply:it is a human nature. girls may not look more at men because they have their preferences but most of the men do look at girls. God had given them so cute body to look and admire it. u said u r working there for almost two years. is such time if he has not done anything bad or the attitude yu hate, it means he has no bad intensions. so ignore it and let him. but if yu have some inclination towards him ask him for a cup of coffee and process can go on-------
Reply:How you know your boss really looks at everyone else? Unless you’ve had the chance to possess everyone else’s body for an entire day to know what your boss does, you’re not really going to know how he behaves around others.





What’s the big deal? Is it affecting your work performance in some way? If not, let it go.
